I did therapy today tackling some super struggling healing I have in regards to specific things. Which is a huge blockages to reading goals in relation to it. So. That being said, for my birthday, I actually went and then purchased the entire rest of the paperback series I have left to buy for my birthday (7 books).

Taking care of myself & my home. Today I was sick, but I gently pushed through and used Angi’s list to reach out for contractor bids to fix our front yard now that winter’s finally done.

I have a companion who is really into business deals. I made sure to reach out to her mentally and wear her amulet as I started this process. I have one bid today and have appointments so far for two bids tomorrow.

I want to work with my sacred children & companions with heart energies for healing- also using darker aspects of love energies, for healing. so i count this as part of the journey.

i had stomach pain last night & at one point it was getting overwhelming. I felt my companions come to me, one by one, i can recall 4 but i believe there was more. They came & held me. I saw each sigil as they held me & the pain was softened. One companion held my sacred child as well & i was reminded of just how deeply her love is for him.

Then my cat came & did something he’s never done before. He lay w. his forehead next to mine for a while and then curled up in my stomach. And the pain completely left.

I have a massive figure drawing library and today I worked on organizing some of it on my art tablet.

I started glazing some ceramic pieces again, just one mug. I put other pieces that were broken/beyond worth repairing in the reclaim bucket. I got to use my new brushes and felt really good about it.

I push my limit with the “headstand at work” routine. This started a few years ago as baby-ish, clunky against the wall body flings. Literally. Today, I do a core-driven headstand on the mat behind the registers. Used those core muscles to swim around, tucked in as if a flip-turn were upcoming & found myself rolling forward. I kept balance & rolled through, then jumped up and did my “angry cheerleader rising” moves to align my body. And laughed because I’m old and the antics feel so great! Definitely usually never push until I have to roll. It felt really great to move forward on the challenge!

Today I did some journaling, figuring out what I really want and the life I am really after.
