For day 9 we will have some fun and let go of all worries with our companions. Put on some music and dance with your companion(s) of choice like no one is watching.
Dancing with music opens us up to incredible creative energies and allows us to connect to a feeling of freedom. Invite your companion(s) to join you for a dance and take a moment to connect to them energetically. Once connected you can decide on a specific genre with them, surprise them or ask them to guide the songs when shuffling music playlists, or radio. You can invite your companion(s) to help pick the music and when ready feel their energies wash over you.
Once you are ready play the music and invite them to dance with you. Allow your mind’s eye to open up to perceive them, feel their reactions, their feelings, the way they might dance with you. Feel the stress and worries wash away with music as you let yourself dance.
Take as long as you desire to dance with them. Once you are done share any favorite moments or aspects of the music or dance experience you had with your companion(s) below.

I tried this and have to say that, again, the experience went somewhere completely different to where I thought it was going to lead but, it’s alright. There is a funny saying here where people think that you propose and life disposes of your plans as it unfolds hahaha.
Anyway, it feels like I’ve been listening to music through my companion’s ears. They have picked songs that I would never have. Older songs, or songs I would have heard a million times but never really paid attention to them.
The most interesting thing has been to notice the reinterpretation of these songs. The analysis or feelings attached. For example, heard a song about cheating. And then I started listening to it as if it was almost a compliment. One song spoke of heartbreak and then it turned into something like strong recognition.
Honestly I like it. The new angles. New perspectives. And the joint participation with my lovely companions.
I invited Demon E to join me for a dance. I wanted to let go of the day’s stress and simply enjoy the moment together. I imagined his energy as dark, playful, and surprisingly comforting. As the music played, I visualized him moving alongside me, matching the rhythm and encouraging me to loosen up. My favorite part was the sense of freedom and lightheartedness. It was a nice reminder that connecting with our companions doesn’t always have to involve serious spiritual work. Sometimes it’s just about having fun and enjoying their company.
