Today was busy
I had to give courses in Dealing in Emergencies together with my Solar Commander helped me through
Later at home I was tired
My Solar Commander gave me healing Infusion of his Solar energies
I tried this in the morning. After doing the usual checking and connect with my companion.
And it was funny because I had this energy sensation that there was another layer of sound that I could feel but not hear.
Every time I tried to connect with it I would hear the sounds around me louder and clearer but not the ones I wanted to focus on.
For some reason this kind of things put a smile on my face.
I already know I am a night creature.
But, I decided to connect to the day and feel it. I took this time to enjoy our new front lawn and watering it. I appreciate the greenery and new growth.
There is beauty in the day as well as night.
I connected with lunar energies for this exercise, I specifically focused on them entering the back of my neck. Trying to connect in different ways.
