I have been out lately, and I’ve been using that opportunity to connect with my companion. I would walk with her through the more beautiful route instead of the fastest one.
One thing I have noticed is that, today for example, we went grocery shopping. I had a meal idea I wanted to make. Suddenly I have found myself having these moments where I am just waiting for something. Like giving someone else time to do something. She reminded me of getting an ingredient I have been wanting for a while that I was forgetting. At times it just feels like she’s doing something that I’m not fully aware. Like when you are ordering food with someone else, and you have your choices but you’re waiting for the other person to be done as well before ordering together. That’s how things feel like recently.
Walking meditation . . . I walked with Zoey, one of my Arachne companions, through the grove. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. There was a light breeze that felt nice. It was lovely to see all the trees in their different colors. It was very nice.

I felt his soft kiss and his gentle embrace
It was later on, but I was outside sitting with the cool air and the weather shift. We ended up having to cover the fruit trees and the raspberry arbor so we would’t lose the crops. Once we were done I just sat outside in the cool air in my sweater and just enjoyed the nature for about half an hour without a phone or headphones. It was delightful.
I went walking at a local event. Got a lot of downloads from my companions and already working on what they had to say.
