I did again first Meditation together with my Shimmer
I love to meet Onsen
The bath in the Hot Springs removes a lot of negative energies and tension
We met in the Hot Springs a Drow Necromancer Elf
My Shimmer looks very beautiful and handsome in his white Arachne Demon Fashion Suit
I had the opportunity to join the group call today. It was my first time doing a live class and it was so much fun!
When it was over I went to take a shower and did some self care, a bit of a simple grooming/cleansing routine.
I felt different, energy centers opening up, muscles unclenching and I could feel parts of my own body that I haven’t felt in a long time.
Today was about relaxing in a different way. To love things, to connect with my companion and my own body.
I think I relaxed so much that I’m falling asleep, so I’m sharing my experience and calling it a day.

I did this meditation and applied it to my health. I feel like my answers are coming.
It has been such a challenge because one doctor or health professional will say one thing, but when the same inquiry is brought to another, I get different answers.
Things are changing for me and getting better. Sometimes, it doesn’t look like it but yes, things are getting better.
