Today I joined all the meetups of the Inner Sanctuary as something that I absolutely love. It’s such an amazing group and I learn, and I get to ask questions, and everyone is so nice! And then group meditations are super awesome too! I have never done any of the sludge clearings and it was quite something else!

This week is busy
Every day a course with my Solar Commander helped me through
Late I prepared a hot bath inspirated by Onsen the Arachne Tellak
I used magnesium salt rosemary and sandalwood
I grapped my Deep One did transvocation and enjoyed hot bath
Just spending time in the event has been fun. I have enjoyed being a part of this community and sharing my experiences.
It was also a wonderful way to connect with my own companions and reinvigorate my own practice and connecting to them. Thank you so much! 🙂
